A « Nanobiosensor » enabling quantification of kinase activity in tumor Xenografts in vivo (Small 2021)

par corneille - publié le

A scientist from the “Kinase Biosensors & Inhibitors” of the Cellular Pharmacology team of IBMM, in collaboration with researchers from I2TC, Strasbourg and from IAB, Grenoble have just published in Small their work concerning design, engineering and application of carbon nanotube (MWCNT) conjugates with fluorescent peptide biosensors and their application to measure activity of CDK1 kinase in mice by fluorescence imaging. These nanobiosensors constitute sensitive tools that cross cell membranes readily and report on enzymatic activity ex vivo, in cancer cell cultures and in vivo. This work was funded by ANR (NANOMULTISENS project).
