Le groupe de modélisation fait la couverture de deux journaux en 2011 :

Dans un premier article publié dans Journal of Chemical Information and Modelling (ACS), le groupe Modélisation Moléculaire de l’équipe « Sciences Analytiques des Biomolécules & Modélisation Moléculaire » de l’IBMM s’est intéressé à la dynamique d’entrée/sortie du substrat L-Arginine dans l’enzyme Nitric Oxyde Synthase humaine inductible (iNOS). Dans un autre article plus récent, en collaboration avec David Perahia (ENS Cachan) le groupe de modélisation a montré comment les protéines-G hétérotrimériques peuvent s’ouvrir et faciliter la sortie de leur ligand, le GDP.
