Biography
Emma holds a Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry, Life Sciences, and Nanosciences from the University of Bordeaux. She completed her first-year Master’s internship at the European Institute of Chemistry and Biology (IECB) in Pessac, where she worked on the synthesis of quinoline monomers for the hybridization of foldamers into double helices under the supervision of Dr. Lucile Fischer. In 2025, Emma carried out her second-year Master’s final internship on the synthesis of photo-cleavable amphiphilic peptides via intramolecular dynamic covalent exchange for drug delivery, under the supervision of Dr. Sébastien Ulrich. Emma is currently a research engineer in chemical synthesis within the F9 team. She is working on the synthesis of peptide derivatives and PROTAC molecules for the DIN-R project.
