Biography
Baran obtained his master’s degree in nanomedicine from Izmir Katip Celebi University, Turkey in 2021. During his masters, he also worked in industry as R&D Engineer at BONEGRAFT BIOMATERIALS. Since February 2023, he is a joint PhD student at Hebrew University of Jerusalem and University of Montpellier as a part of EU MSCA-Nanoremedi. H is currently working on antifouling and antibacterial peptide-based coatings for medical implants.
