Biography
Jean-René AL-ATTIA’s expertise in biochemistry, biophysics, and structural biology has developed throughout his academic career in teaching and research in Canada, Switzerland, and now in Montpellier.
At ENSCM, he teaches biotechnology, enzymology, and protein structure–function relationships to engineering students, and at the IBMM, he contributes to research on the ghrelin receptor, a GPCR, particularly focusing on its phosphorylation, molecular partners, and involvement in signaling pathways.
