Dr Francesco Calzaferri has received the best oral communication award at the SCF-Avenir conference organized by the SCF-Occitanie-Méditerranée regional section. His winning presentation was titled “3-bromo-3-chloro-2-methoxyflavanone: a novel potent and stable small molecule targeting DNA methyltransferases for cancer treatment”.
M. Jean-Maxime Besson has been awarded the prize for the best oral communication at the EpiNantes 2024 conference for his presentation titled “Targeting DNA methylation in cancers by selective dissociation of their protein complexes”.
