Biography
During his studies, he took a gap year in Canada in 2023, where he worked on the synthesis of semi-peptidic inhibitors of the TMPRSS2 protease for the treatment of SARS-CoV-2 at the Medicinal Chemistry Laboratory at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at the University of Sherbrooke, under the supervision of Prof. Pierre-Luc Boudreault.
In 2024, he completed his final-year internship at Syensqo, within the Research and Innovation Center in Lyon, where he worked on the synthesis of new copper ligands for selective extraction in the mining industry.
He is currently pursuing a PhD in biomolecular engineering, focused on the design of degradable nanoparticles composed of multi-dynamic peptide conjugates for siRNA delivery. He is part of the "Glycochemistry and Molecular Recognition" team, under the supervision of Dr. Sébastien Ulrich and co-supervision of Dr. Prisca Boisguerin.
