Smart mechanochemistry featured in CNRS News!

Carrying out chemical reactions without solvents and with reduced waste is the promise of mechanochemistry. The Green Chemistry and Enabling Technologies team at the Institut des Biomolécules Max Mousseron proposes using artificial intelligence–driven optimization methods to accelerate the development and implementation of these reactions activated by mechanical energy. This work was partly carried out in collaboration with researchers from the Chemistry and Macromolecular Materials department of the Institut Charles Gerhardt Montpellier.
