Françoise Debart, from the ChemBioNAC team, recently published significant results from a collaboration with Austrian scientists (ANR PRCE-FWF). This study, highlighted on the CNRS Chemistry website, focuses on important advances in RNA chip synthesis. This method will allow the synthesis of libraries of long (>100 nucleotides) and complex RNA oligonucleotides on high-density chips. These advancements offer interesting perspectives for large-scale mutational analysis of functional RNA molecules.
