Emma is a second-year student in the COVAN Master's program (Organic Chemistry, Life Sciences, and NanoChemistry) at the University of Bordeaux. During her first Master's internship at the European Institute of Chemistry and Biology in Pessac, she worked on the synthesis of quinoline monomers for the hybridization of foldamers into double helices under the supervision of Dr. Lucile Fischer.

Currently, she is completing her Master's second-year internship, focusing on the synthesis of photo-cleavable amphiphilic peptides through intramolecular dynamic covalent exchange for drug delivery purposes. She is part of the "GlycoChemistry and Molecular Recognition" team under the supervision of Dr. Sébastien Ulrich.
