Biography
Alexandre obtained in 2020 his Master's degree in Organic Chemistry and Life Sciences from the University of Bordeaux. His Master internships allowed him to study organocatalytic enantioselective hydroarylation reactions under the supervision of Pr. Patrick Toullec in the CSH group of the University of Bordeaux, as well as new dipolar cycloaddition reactions under the supervision of Dr. Alexis Archambeau at the LSO of the Polytechnique School.
He then joined the CSH group of the University of Bordeaux under the supervision of Pr. Patrick Toullec and Pr. Eric Fouquet to conduct research on nitrogen- and selenium-containing heterocycles, and defended his thesis in 2024.
In January 2025, he joined the Glycochemistry and Molecular recognition team at IBMM as a postdoctoral researcher, where he is working on new biochemical targets identification using photoaffinity labelling.
He then joined the CSH group of the University of Bordeaux under the supervision of Pr. Patrick Toullec and Pr. Eric Fouquet to conduct research on nitrogen- and selenium-containing heterocycles, and defended his thesis in 2024.
In January 2025, he joined the Glycochemistry and Molecular recognition team at IBMM as a postdoctoral researcher, where he is working on new biochemical targets identification using photoaffinity labelling.
