Biography
Sonia KHIER is an associate professor of pharmacokinetics and pharmacometrics at the University of Montpellier, with a PharmD and PhD, she developed her modeling skills during her residency. Her research focuses on the proper use of medications: she investigates the causes of interindividual variability and develops mathematical models to determine dosages tailored to specific populations. She works on projects impacting so-called vulnerable populations (pediatrics, pregnant women, intensive care patients, transplant recipients, etc.) in collaboration with the HUG Geneva. She also serves as an expert for various bodies (ANSM, the courts of Marseille and Montpellier).
