Alain Morère is Professor of Chemistry at the Faculté des Sciences (University of Montpellier). PhD in chemistry (Université de Toulouse III, 1992). Main research activity dedicated to the development of glycoconjugates for the treatment of lysosomal diseases, autoimmune diseases and cancers. Design and development of glycovectors for cell targeting, receptor recognition and drug delivery. Development of projects related to natural substances and their applications. Head of the Master Applied Synthesis, Separation and Analyses for 13 years, then since 2019 co-head of the Master ICAP Flavor & Fragrances (Faculté des Sciences - UM). Co-founder of NanoMedSyn. Co-direction with Dr Magali Gary-Bobo of the F14 team: Glyco and NanoVectors for Therapeutic Targeting.
