After completing a Master’s degree in Polymers and Natural Active Ingredients in Nantes and Angers, Arnaud obtained a PhD jointly conducted at IFREMER Atlantic Centre and the Jean Rouxel Institute of Materials of Nantes (IMN). His research focused on the development of injectable thermosensitive hydrogels based on bacterial exopolysaccharides.
His expertise covers polymer chemistry, physicochemical characterization and biological evaluation for tissue engineering applications.
Since April 2026, as a postdoctoral researcher under the supervision of Dr Coline Pinese and Dr Vincent Darcos, he has been working on the development of a new-generation bioactive adhesive system intended for civilian or military first responders in emergency care settings.
